But good heavens, parking was a confusing headache! Imagine needing a degree to park your car!

convenient downtown spot for weekend city explorers
During my stay, I loved how close I was to the Texas State Cemetery, just a short stroll away, and the unique Museum of the Weird, which was only a few minutes from the hotel, making my weekend explorations super easy and enjoyable. while the room was clean and comfortable, the service could use some improvement, especially when it comes to room service and responding to guest requests.

Decent stay with a few hiccups
We had to switch because the AC was lame. The new room was better but had some mold on the wall. Friendly staff but the parking situation was a pain. Loved the bar area though!

The room was immaculate and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. missingWrote a review on Jul 08rooftop poolmodern decorlocal nightlifebar selection
The rooftop pool offers stunning views that elevate the stay. Modern decor spreads throughout the hotel, showcasing local art that reflects the vibrant culture around here. The location is a short walk from numerous nightlife spots, making it easy to dive into the local scene.
A couple of hiccups happened during my stay. The bar had a limited selection, and when I wanted a local brew, they were out of the most popular kegs with no quick replacement in sight. One of the elevators wasn’t cooperating, frustrating guests by doing a no-show when you needed it most. Valet parking had its delays. I had to wait much longer than expected for my car upon checkout, which got a bit stressful, especially when time was tight. Also, the breakfast options seemed limited, and I overheard others complaining about the service speed during busy hours in the restaurant.

I loved the vibrant design of Hotel Indigo, with local art everywhere. The staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel welcomed right from check-in. My room featured beautiful wood floors and a comfy king-sized bed that I couldn’t get enough of. The location was perfect, just a short walk to great food options and close to the nightlife. It was easy to grab a late snack after my concert. the nearby food trucks were a great find. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower—it took forever to get hot water and felt weak. The valet service was a bit slow, especially during busy hours. I also noticed late-night noise from the bar nearby, which was a bit disruptive. All in all, I had a good time, but some of these little issues could be improved.
